Prevention is better than cure they always say. And what more better way to help prevent illnesses but to take good rest, plenty of exercise and taking in multivitamins. Now a days, there’s a lot of multivitamins to choose from and almost all of them are saying that they are the best multivitamins. Although all of them are safe, it will be best if you consult a doctor first before taking in any.
My hubby just had his sick leave for a week due to some cough sickness (I really don’t know what it’s called, something that sounds like pharynx whatever) which is why I want us both to take multivitamins to keep us healthy. Any thoughts on what vitamins would be best?
