A friend of mine once told me that whenever I feel stressed out, I just have to remember one “sweet” thing:
STRESSED is DESSERTS
Now that I’m a bit stressed out, I feel like eating desserts! Maybe a pint of ice cream will do the trick! LOL!
But one thing is for sure, whenever I feel stressed, I would want to get out of my comfort zone and just have a vacation. I was thinking maybe the Outer Banks in North Carolina will be a great vacation spot. The beaches, the mountain, the accommodations… ahhh… It would relax both my mind and body. Although, this vacation wish might only stay a “wish” and never come true.
