You all know that I have been going to the gym for almost a month now, and my hubby is jealous since he can’t have the privilege of free gym, so he told me that he is thinking of taking diet pill instead. 😯 I told him that it’s not a good idea and working out is still the healthiest and safest way, as he will never know what the side effects of a diet pill may cause him. He still insists though, but he is considering some thorough research first.
Well at least that would buy him time, and buy me time to convince him not to. 😛
Well done for keeping up with the gym. After two weeks I am just getting round to the idea that it might be fun and not just torture machines … Definitely agree on the No to diet pills.

You are so right! Exercise is the best way. More health is better than less weight every time!!! I told my hubby for every day that he did something for his body, I would do something for his body…and he’s been exercising ever since. I bet your hubby will take YOU over diet pills any day!…I’m just sayin… 🙂
