Losing Weight

My hubby’s thoughts on losing weight…

Losing weight is really frustrating for some. But i think that staying fit is more challenging. Just think, if your trying to lose weight, for some all they need to do is try. Then if it doesn’t work out or they suddenly lose interest for some reason, they can just stop. Staying fit on the other hand is different. You’ll need to keep on working out those muscles and keep burning those fats and sometime use diet aids. Because once you stop those muscles will turn in to flabs and you’ll be fatter than you were before and you’ll need to start the whole thing over again.
