I miss gym… I miss workout. I miss staying fit. I miss the feeling of my body filled with sweat as I gulp down a bottle of cold Gatorade to quench my thirst, aahhh! I also miss the exercise equipments. The torturing yet fulfilling aura engulfs me whenever I go to gym. I am unstoppable! But now, ever since I had my baby Julie Rayne, I guess taking care of her is a work-out itself. Carrying her around strengthens my biceps and triceps, running with her adds up to my stamina as well as my legs. So I guess I won’t be needing gym for quite a while. =) LOL!

  1. We all need to exercise! Sport helps us to develop physiclly and to become strong! we can choose sports and games for any season for any taste.:)
