Happy Chinese New Year!!!
Gong Xi Fa Cai, Kung Hei Fat Choi! Happy Chinese New Year to everyone! I don’t care if you’re not Chinese, I want to greet each and everyone of you a happy Chinese New Year! Let us all welcome the Year of the Rat!

Since I live around Ongpin, the celebration here was a blast, from the dragon dance to the fireworks. There was even Ati-Atihan! It was noisy but fun at the same time! Baby Julie was even laughing when I mocked the dragon dance wearing used box as the dragon’s head. It was so funny! Her laughter made me forgot all about my financial problems!
Speaking of problems, I didn’t bother thinking about money problems today because it’s our New Year. It might bring bad luck to my family if I think too much about problems. For now, I’ll just live my life as a mom, do my daily routines, and forget about those money matters.
Let’s all grab our good luck charms, display all those lucky fruits on the altars, and celebrate the Year of the Rat!
