Superman and Christopher Reeve
I was doing some research on Superman, and I came across the late Christopher Reeve, who portrayed as Superman (1978). He looks so much like Brandon Routh who starred as Superman in the latest Superman Returns. I suddenly remembered how the late Christopher Reeve passed away. I believe it was due to Cerebral Palsy.

Added Pounds This Christmas
What did you do this Christmas? Here in our small household, since my mom’s not with us (she went home to Zamboanga), I did the cooking for our Noche Buena (Christmas Eve dinner), and since there will only be 4 of us who will enjoy the dinner (that’s my dad, my hubby, our helper, and me), I just cooked simple yet satisfying Noche Buena. My hubby and I went to a grocery store to buy the ingredients that I’ll be preparing, this is actually a last minute thing.

Team Building
Last November 27, we had a team building at Red Box (forgot which mall it was), and I had a great time. It was drink all you can cocktail and beer, which I loved most since I L-O-V-E cocktails specially Tequilla Sunrise – I had 2 glasses. I also had Tom Collins, Sherry Temple and Frozen Margarita. After few drinks, I felt a bit numb which gave me the guts to sing on karaoke, hehe… Here are the pictures (You’ll find me having F-U-N):

Few Days Before Christmas
I could have mentioned specifically how many days it is before Christmas, however since there are different time zones around the world, it’s much better to just say “few days” before Christmas, and I know that most of you and your families have already planned for this holiday, some will just stay in their houses and just have a simple Noche Buena, while others had already bought tickets for an out of town / country vacation for Christmas, like my mom, whose going to our hometown Zamboanga on the 23rd, so it’s really sad that my mom will not be with us during Christmas, and I believe my mom bought her tickets few months ago. I bet she was looking into travel deals and made sure that she got the best deal for her flight to Zamboanga. I would certainly pray for her safety, and I hope my readers would do too.
I’ll Be Missing You
This may sound cheesy, but I’m really sad to know that one of my previous team mates is resigning from work… He told me yesterday that he’s about to hand over his resignation letter and he even posted in YM while we were chatting what he’ll be writing in his resignation letter, and what saddens me is that he’ll be resigning on the 24th, one day before Christmas. The main reason (maybe) why I am really sad when I found out that he’s about to resign is that he’s one of the fewest person that I can connect with, someone I can talk to, someone that I usually joke around with, someone who I always ask about technical terms, a “walking Dell’s wikipedia”, a person who I go to for anime songs, games, and almost everything that I love. Although I know that he doesn’t feel the same way about me (naks, drama), I will surely miss him when he officially resigns.
