I have been blogging about eyeglasses before, and how I love to get a nice frame for my own eyeglasses. I had the basic black frame which is so boring that is why I rarely put them on. But I just found out about this one technology that will correct our visions and the inventor of eyeglasses might curse whoever made this technology. LOL!

Are you a crazy soccer mom? Well, let’s just say that I’m not, although I have watched quite a lot of movies with mom’s on their kid’s soccer game. Sometimes when there are conflicts between 2 kids, their mom usually take their place and then fight with each other. What’s funny is that some of them take it to the soccer field.

I am really hoping to buy another domain but I’m still not sure if I’m going to have it under Blogger or WordPress… It seems that WordPress themes are cuter or maybe it’s just how the theme is made, and maybe I can make a Blogger theme like the ones in WordPress but it may need more adjustments and skills for me to create themes like the ones in WordPress. Maybe I’ll use WordPress next time, when I learn how to make themes using their platform.

I had shared to all my readers once that I worked as a chef in Boracay for around 7 months when I was still pregnant, I missed everything that I was doing in the kitchen, from the preparation, the cooking, the plating, and the dispatching. My favorite part was the plating, I love how the food looks so sumptuous after it is done being plated. So what’s with all the fuss about food? Well I just came across a website about a cook off and you can vote for your favorite dish. My favorite one is the Pan Roasted Glazed Rockfish with Peas and Carrots by Chef Tafari Campbell of Maryland. Why? Because I think it’s different from the other dishes. Most of the other dishes uses shrimp as their seafood and if I’m not mistaken, one of them used Bass, which I believe is a common seafood. I do love Bass but the presentation of the Pan Roasted Glazed Rockfish with Peas and Carrots appealed me the most and the name itself made me salivate. I need not to mention that I love Peas and Carrots, and because of that, I chose the recipe as well. Also, if I were to change anything, I might use oyster sauce for taste, now does that show my Chinese side? LOL!
